 Been there, Done that. Let's stop the cycle!

After years of trying to figure out what was stopping me from reaching my goals, I enrolled in a 12 week coaching program. It was a stretch financially, but I was amazed at the breakthroughs. The questions the coach asked were none like I had been asked before, and the answers that my own brain had were enlightening.

I was so amazed with the actual results that a few years later I decided to get certified in the training and start coaching other people  and help them identify their walls and break through them.

As we smashed through their barriers for work, relationships, and reaching their goals, I knew I had the battering rams necessary to help even the frustrated, yet still motivated, wannabe achievers get to the next stage. 

Today I use my own skills along with this knowledge to help guide others in their own goals and aspirations.
